The New Year’s resolution is a common theme at this time of the year, but one made by First Lady Melania Trump is being mocked by best-selling author Chrissy Teigen.
While celebrating New Year’s Eve at Mar-a-Lago Tuesday, President and Mrs. Trump were asked by reporters about their resolutions for 2020.
The First Lady replied:
“Peace on the world.”
Ever the contrarian, the president quickly added:
“Peace is right. But I’m not sure you’re supposed to say a resolution out loud.”
And that led Teigen to mock Trump and the First Lady on the president’s favorite social media platform, Twitter:
