Though he says he isn’t the least bit worried about his upcoming impeachment trial in the U.S. Senate, President Donald Trump again proved that he’s terrified about what may come out when that proceeding begins in the very near future, even it’s only the stigma of being impeached.

Trump has been tweeting all Sunday morning, and some of his postings have addressed the subject of being impeached:

Oh, so now Trump wants witnesses? Does that mean he’d be willing to waive executive privilege and allow former National Security Adviser John Bolton and acting Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney to testify under oath at the impeachment trial?

As for reading the transcripts, we’d all love to read the full word-for-word transcription of Trump’s phone conversations with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, but the White House refuses to release them. Does that sound like something an innocent person would do?

Trump was roundly mocked on social media for his whining:

Trump is scared. And he should be, because as he noted, the stigma of impeachment will hang over him like a foul stench for the rest of his life and into the history books.
