Speaking to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Saturday, President Donald Trump followed his remarks by embracing an American flag and remarking “I love you, baby” as he held the flag close to his body and kissed it:

This isn’t the first time Trump has used the flag in such a disgusting manner. He did so just last year at CPAC. But his bizarre treatment of a flag he claims to “love” led many on Twitter to suggest that the president is getting creepier and more unhinged with each passing day:
