When it comes to President Donald Trump, it seems there literally is a tweet for everything.

For example, during his coronavirus national emergency press conference Friday in the White House Rose Garden, Trump was asked if he took responsibility for the delays in testing for the disease. The president replied:

“No, I don’t take responsibility at all. Because we were given a — a set of circumstances, and we were given rules, regulations and specifications from a different time. It wasn’t meant for this kind of — an event with the kind of numbers that we’re talking about.”

And yet, in 2013 Trump sent out this tweet at at time when Barack Obama was president:

You’re responsible until you aren’t. Right, Donald?

That was all it took for social media to give Trump a big dose of internet karma:
