Minutes after the U.S. Senate voted 52-48 to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the United States Supreme Court, Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee thought they’d engage in some hateful trolling of former 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton by sending out a hateful tweet:
Amy Coney Barrett, confirmed. Happy Birthday, @HillaryClinton!
— House Judiciary GOP (@JudiciaryGOP) October 27, 2020
Perhaps the cheap shot from Republicans on Clinton’s birthday was to be expected, especially when you consider that the ranking GOP member on the committee is Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), who is one of President Donald Trump’s most sycophantic disciples. But Jordan and the entire Republican Party got hit hard for their hateful posting:
Imagine an entire political party having the emotional intelligence of a petty six year old who didn’t get invited to a birthday party — oh, wait, I didn’t have to imagine.

Let’s see if you assholes are celebrating when SCOTUS is expanded to 15 members and your right-wing justices become a permanent minority on the court.#ExpandTheCourt

Fascism has come.
Time to expand the court.
You built this.

Democracy coming for you kids. When it gets there, you have only yourselves to blame.

This will be your parting shot … and Hillary will have the last laugh. Being so smug will not do you well in the end. In fact, some of you will be fired in about a week! Enjoy your short lived victory.
Oh yeah, Karma’s a bit€h!

It won’t be as much fun after the rides on Air Force One stop, Mar-a-Lago is sold for back taxes, they’ve lost their seats in Congress, and no one wants anything to do with them. But if they were mature enough to understand that, they wouldn’t still be riding on the Trumptanic.

Clearly, Republicans don’t believe in karma. But they will in due time.
