There are reports this morning that President Donald Trump will refuse to concede the 2020 presidential election, with CNN noting:
“Even as vote totals now show him trailing former Vice President Joe Biden in key battlegrounds, Trump has not prepared a concession speech and in conversations with allies in recent days, he has said he has no intention of conceding the election, people familiar with the matter said.”
However, once Biden is declared the winner and 46th President of the United States, he will take up residence at the White House on January 20, 2021, as soon as he takes the oath of office.
But what if Trump refuses to leave? What then?
Well, the Biden camp doesn’t sound too worried, with the campaign issuing a terse, unyielding statement:
“As we said on July 19th, the American people will decide this election. And the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House.”

That idea of Trump being escorted out as a trespasser was exactly what many Americans wanted to hear, and they expressed their approval on social media:
Would be fun to watch Trump being dragged out of the White House. Now that would be the greatest season finale of The Apprentice!

That’s what I’m talkin about! Keep it up @realDonaldTrump, you’ll get an escort out of the people’s house.
