In yet another desperate scheme to cling to power, outgoing President Donald Trump is now planning to file a new lawsuit in federal court challenging the constitutionality of the 2020 election, an election Trump lost in a landslide.
Trump is trying every dirty trick he can think of to steal the election and stay in office. In fact, he’s not only falsely claiming mass voter fraud, he’s having walls and trenches installed around the White House as if he will refuse to leave on January 20th when President-Elect Joe Biden is sworn in.
And if that’s not enough, Trump is inciting his supporters to take to the streets and might try to use the military to keep himself in power.
Well, it looks like Trump is still hoping the Supreme Court will orchestrate a judicial coup to install him into a second term because he declared on Twitter Sunday evening that he intends to file a lawsuit to challenge the constitutionality of the election all while absurdly claiming that all the lawsuits he has lost so far had nothing to do with him.
Seriously.
Many of the court cases being filed all over the Country are not ours, but rather those of people that have seen horrible abuses. Our big cases showing the unconstitutionality of the 2020 Election, & the outrage of things that were done to change the outcome, will soon be filed!

The problem is that the election is constitutionally ordained and the 20th Amendment makes it clear that new presidents are to be sworn into office on January 20th every four years.
This election was the most secure in history and there has been no credible evidence of election fraud. Furthermore, vote by mail has been legal in this country for two centuries, so it has a long precedent. In short, Trump’s new lawsuit is just as frivolous as all of his other failed ones, and the federal courts would be wise to dismiss it outright. Even the Supreme Court should know better than to try overturning the will of nearly 80 million Americans.
Biden has been declared the winner of the race with 306 electoral votes to Trump’s 232. Biden also leads Trump in the popular vote by nearly six million votes.
Any court that gives even a shred of credibility to this lawsuit will have rendered itself illegitimate and disgraceful.
Americans responded to Trump by taking him to the woodshed.

Trump should have no ships, military bases, libraries, etc named after him for the same reason why students do not attend Benedict Arnold or Adolf Hitler high school.

You lost by record breaking numbers. Now get your fat ass OUT of Joe Biden’s house.

All of these cases have one thing in common: they are legally frivolous and are going nowhere at an alarming rate.

You lost 20 of your cases. Nothing is unconstitutional except for your attacks on our democracy.

You lost. Accept it. pic.twitter.com/473EEXpAxC

I have to admit that I did not have “the lawsuits I filed are not mine” on my Donald Trump Batcrappery Bingo card

Clearly, Trump is going to have to be dragged out of office in handcuffs because trespassing is a crime that he will be guilty of starting at noon on Inauguration Day.
