Now that the Trump family has left the White House and headed to Florida, First Daughter Ivanka thought she’d leave Americans with some parting words of wisdom that wound up sounding incredibly hollow, tone-deaf, and hypocritical.
On Tuesday evening, Ivanka posted this on Twitter:

Really? The most positive thing about the Trump administration is that it’s finally over with. But it leaves in its wake 400,000 Americans dead from COVID-19, the economy in recession, and our nation’s reputation severely damaged abroad.
Twitter users were eager to set the record straight for Ivanka:
P!ss off now, princess 👸

Bye Ivanka! You forgot to mention your evictions of hundreds of families from your apartments during a pandemic or the money you scammed from your father’s inauguration. What about the loans you secured while traveling on official US business? See you in court!

“Dear Diary, it has been an honor to be the recipient of the world’s longest bring-your-daughter-to-work-day. It was fun riding the planes, “governmenting” whatever that is, and helping dad release his Trump Care health plan (which killed 400,000)”

“It’s not been quite the honor of a lifetime I’d hoped it would be when I pretended to serve as advisor to the President. I came to Washington to fight for self-aggrandizement. Daddy ruined that. I leave feeling I’m done.” https://t.co/KHi4zDOwoA

Hey, it’s an administration resignation/goodbye letter that doesn’t include the now standard “I was very disappointed with Trump’s rhetoric in recent weeks” paragraph. https://t.co/HCVrkN0kRc

Maybe one day Ivanka can write a nice letter to the judge who’s preparing to sentence her and get herself an extra decade behind bars.
Bye, Felicia!
