During a debate on her show Saturday evening, Fox News host Jeanine Pirro got her head handed to her by immigration attorney David Leopold, who reminded her that just because she repeats a lie often enough, that doesn’t make it true.

Leopold presented the numbers of immigrants arriving at the border since President Joe Biden took office, and when Pirro began to suggest he wasn’t telling the truth, the attorney quickly shut her down:

“Jeanine, just because you say my numbers are wrong, doesn’t mean they’re wrong.”

A clearly agitated Pirro retorted:

“No, they’re facts. These are the facts.”

Once again, Leopold calmly countered the host:

“They’re not facts, Jeanine.

“Very few things I’d hear on this on this show tonight have been facts.”

The so-called “facts” that are used on Fox News are nothing but GOP talking points and nonsense they glean from right-wing sites such as Breitbart or The Daily Caller, neither of which has a shred of credibility.

On Twitter, lots of people who watched the confrontation between Pirro and Leopold were delighted to see her get schooled:
