During an appearance on Fox News Wednesday, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) fell flat on his face when he did a bizarre amalgam of the U.S. national anthem and "Home on the Range," but only managed to make most viewers scratch their heads and wonder what exactly he was talking about.
