Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is promising to rig the Supreme Court for the GOP once again, telling conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt Monday morning that if Republicans win back control of the Senate in the 2022 midterm elections, he will indeed block any nomination President Joe Biden makes to the high court.
