Fox News host Mark Levin is furious that the Biden administration extended the eviction moratorium and is urging Republicans to either impeach President Joe Biden or remove him via the 25th Amendment.

During an appearance on Sean Hannity’s show Wednesday evening, Levin went on an extended rant, ticking off one complaint after another that he claimed merited Biden being impeached, Mediate reports:

“Republicans, have you heard of the word impeachment? Are you guys going to go down to the border and whine yourselves to death? I know you’re not in the majority but you need to start explaining to the American people. This man just violated a Supreme Court decision, this man has the border wide open in violation of our immigration laws. You impeach Donald Trump when he’s out of office because of a letter? You set up a phony incitement insurrection? This man is doing enormous damage to this country!”

That wasn’t all of the nonsense Levin was spewing. He then told Hannity:

“Isn’t it time to remove this guy from the Oval Office or at least make an effort? So you tough guy Republicans who come on here, you tough guy Republicans on radio, how about it? The I-word, impeachment, let’s start to talk about it. Or the 25th amendment. It will never happen, but let’s start to talk about it. He’s doing more damage to this country as far as I’m concerned than any single one of our enemies.”

Levin’s whining about the eviction moratorium is legally dubious. As White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki noted during her Wednesday press briefing, the new moratorium isn’t an extension of the previous one that the Supreme Court ruled on. Instead, it’s very targeted and doesn’t violate the high court’s decision.

Conservatives are furious that the American people support Biden’s policies and still angry over the fact that former President Donald Trump was impeached TWICE, the only president in history to face such humiliation. So now they want to scream “IMPEACHMENT” no matter what Biden does. It’s predictable and pathetic. And it’s one of many reasons Republicans are becoming politically irrelevant.
