Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) attacked Dr. Anthony Fauci at a pathetic right-wing rally in Iowa this week, and it backfired spectacularly.
Dr. Fauci is an epidemiologist specializing in infectious diseases at the National Institutes of Health and has served under several presidents going back to Ronald Reagan. His expertise and guidance have saved thousands of lives, including during the coronavirus pandemic despite Donald Trump’s effort to sabotage the fight against the virus. Now our country needs Fauci more than ever because the Delta variant of the virus has exploded among unvaccinated Americans.
Instead of praising Fauci for his service, however, Gaetz ironically insulted him at a sparsely attended rally with QAnon Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), who recently ironically insulted President Joe Biden.
“Speaking of government bureaucrats, I have heard enough of that sniveling little twit Anthony Fauci,” Gaetz said.

The only sniveling little twit is Gaetz, who constantly kissed Trump’s a** over the last four years and is still doing so. Americans noted the irony and laughed at Gaetz, who is currently under investigation for sex trafficking an underage girl.
