QAnon Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene threw a temper tantrum again this week because the 13 Republicans who voted for the infrastructure bill haven’t been punished, and dared suggest that New York isn’t part of our country’s national security.

The 13 House Republicans have been receiving death threats from conservatives for putting the needs of the nation first instead of engaging in petty partisan politics like Greene has been doing since taking office in January. Greene has previously attacked the lawmakers by calling them “traitors.”

Now Greene is throwing a hissy fit because the group is not being punished for their votes, as reported by CNN reporter Melanie Zanona on Twitter.

Then Greene demanded the lawmakers be removed from their committee assignments, including Rep. John Katko (R-N.Y.), because she doesn’t think New York lawmakers are qualified to make national security decisions.

As everyone should know, the Department of Homeland Security was created in response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks in 2001. New York is also the nation’s financial center. That absolutely makes it an essential part of our national security worthy of representation on the committee.

Greene herself does not serve on any committees because the House voted to bar her from them due to her calls for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) to be executed.

If anything, Greene should be the one who is punished for her behavior. She not only should be expelled from Congress but she should also be prosecuted for inciting violence and helping to plan the Capitol insurrection.
