House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) decided he'd send out a laudatory tweet in honor of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on the day set aside to remember the accomplishments of the civil rights leader, but based on the reaction his posting received, he probably wishes he had chosen to remain silent.
