Supporters of Donald Trump and his election fraud lies suffered yet another humiliating defeat in court last week when the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed their election fraud lawsuit in Denver.

Trump and his allies have already lost 60+ lawsuits after various courts across the country shot them all down because no evidence of election fraud was ever presented. But Trump and his supporters still believe that the 2020 Election was “stolen” by President Joe Biden and the Democrats despite multiple recounts not only finding that Biden legitimately won, but that he also received even more votes.

In another desperation play, Trump supporters filed a lawsuit contending that the non-existent election fraud caused “injury” to every registered voter in the United States.

That’s quite a claim, especially since more than 80 million voters voted for Biden and were on the winning side of the race. In short, they were most certainly not injured. Trump voters, on the other hand, while not injured either, are absolutely butthurt because they backed a loser and refuse to get over it.

The 10th Circuit was certainly not amused by the election fraud lawsuit because Judge Timothy Tymkovich, a George W. Bush appointee, ruled to dismiss the case and upheld sanctions against the attorneys who filed it.

“No matter how strongly plaintiffs believe that defendants violated voters’ rights in the 2020 election, they lack standing to pursue this litigation unless they identify an injury to themselves that is distinct or different from the alleged injury to other registered voters,” Judge Tymkovich wrote.

“Plaintiffs state generally that they each suffered a “particularized injury,” he continued. “Yet their appellate briefs fail to identify any injury to any named plaintiff that is in any way different than the alleged injuries to every registered voter in the United States. Accordingly, Plaintiffs have not established that the district court erred in dismissing the action for lack of standing.”

Once again, Trump supporters did not provide any evidence of fraud or injury in their lawsuit. They were clearly hoping a judge would just rule in their favor without them having to actually make their case.

Now the lawyers will have to cough up $180,000. But that’s really not enough. Sanctions should include loss of their legal licenses and prosecution for filing frivolous lawsuits that waste the court’s time and taxpayer dollars.

And if anyone should be sued, it’s Trump supporters for injuring democracy and attempting to invalidate the votes of more than 80 million Americans who voted for Biden when they violently stormed the Capitol on January 6th. That’s a lawsuit with plenty of evidence to provide in court.
