Less than 24 hours after she was named Time magazine’s Person of the Year, President Donald Trump angrily lashed out on Twitter at climate activist Greta Thunberg. And he was roundly panned for his jealous sniping at Thunberg, who is only 16 years old.
Thursday morning, this post showed up on the president’s Twitter feed:

For years, Trump has longed to be named Person of the Year, but the honor has eluded him. That led other Twitter users to call the president out for his tweet:
