Former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly tried to troll Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang for dropping out of the 2020 race after he finished eighth in the New Hampshire primary, but only succeeded in getting owned as social media reminded him of his own checkered past when it comes to sexual harassment in the workplace.
Shortly after Yang announced he would be suspending his campaign for the Democratic nomination, O’Reilly took to Twitter and posted this snark-filled tweet:
Andrew Yang dropped out but he should still give everyone a thousand bucks.

But as HuffPost notes, O’Reilly has had to fork over way more than a thousand bucks to settle claims that he acted inappropriately around female co-workers:
“O’Reilly has paid at least $45 million to settle multiple sexual harassment claims ― including $32 million to a former Fox News analyst.”
It didn’t take long before social media gave O’Reilly a well-deserved dose of internet karma. Take a look:

I think you still owe at least a thousand bucks to every woman that’s ever met you.

At least Yang was talking about giving everyone money for a good reason.
Not because he sexually harassed them to the tune of 45 million dollars.

At least it wasn’t hush money

I have one question for you…. Why are you talking bro? Hush.

Uninstall Twitter… it’s not working well for you.

At least he’d be doing it willingly.
The court had to order you to do it.

That’s not really gonna put much of dent in your massive serial sexual harassment settlement though, is it? You’ll probably have to keep running your little basement “news network” for your eight loyal fans a bit longer. Sorry, g.
Ts & Ps!
