Another hypocritical attack on President Joe Biden drew another humiliating social media beatdown for Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) this week.
After insulting Biden by sleeping through his first address to Congress on Wednesday evening, Cruz followed up on Friday by complaining in a video that Biden is “beholden” to “radical leftists” and is supposedly trying to keep them happy.
“The fact of the matter is that President Biden is beholden to the far left of his party, and he has spent his first 100 days in office keeping the radical leftists happy,” Cruz said.

Cruz’s complaint smacks of hypocrisy considering the obsession he has with appeasing his own right-wing base. Let’s not forget that disgraced former President Donald Trump’s entire agenda was about “triggering” liberals by pursuing extreme right-wing policies. Cruz himself even supported the insurrection at the Capitol on January 6th and voted to overturn the election. He literally voted to overthrow democracy to make his base happy. Cruz even kissed Trump’s a** repeatedly to make Trump happy despite Trump insulting his wife.

Unlike Cruz, Biden is working to help the American people. If that’s “radical” then Biden should wear that label as a badge of honor.
