Former Judge Larry Seidlin is known for two things. The 1st is that he was the judge in the famous Anna Nicole Smith case. The other thing he is famous for is for getting away with allegedly conning an elderly woman out of almost half a million dollars and then unsuccessfully tried to inherit her wealth.

Seidlin resigned from the bench in 2007, supposedly to pursue “other opportunities” like being on TV with his own show. Those things never really took off. But the disgraced judge is apparently welcome on Kimberly Guilfoyle’s podcast where he appeared Monday and offered Trump his idea to beat docs case.

“If I was Trump’s lawyers, I’d say, yeah, all the facts in this indictment are true,” Judge Larry Seidlin told Guilfoyle on a Monday podcast. “I was, in good faith, making a mistake by not sending all those documents back to you. The facts are true.”

Seidlin’s idea to claim “hoarding” as a defense is probably not as smart as Guilfoyle and her subscribers think it is. Jack Smith doesn’t really need to show a “motive.” All he has to show is that Trump knew what the law was and intentionally broke it. Why he broke it doesn’t matter. Unless, of course, Trump wants to use an insanity defense, an insanity that he is a “hoarder.”

One doesn’t have to be a judge or lawyer to realize how shoddy that defense is.

The disgraced judge did get one thing right, however. The indictment does appear to be pretty darn accurate. Pretty much no one, including Trump and his defense team, have pushed back on the facts of the case. Nothing in the 49 page indictment has been even questioned. And the indictment is chock full of facts.

Facts like this …

And this …

But wait, there’s more …

And more …

And that is just a sampling. Anyone can read the fact-filled indictment here.
