Former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee set off a firestorm of controversy Saturday with disgusting anti-Asian tweet so he could criticize companies that have been critical of a new voter suppression law in the state of Georgia. The passage of that legislation has led Coca-Cola, Delta — both of whom are headquartered in the Peach State — to express concern and even resulted in Major League Baseball pulling the 2021 All-Star Game from Atlanta.

In response, Huckabee posted this:

That set off a wave of revulsion and anger on social media, with many reminding Huckabee that for a so-called “Christian,” the former governor sure does love to traffic in hate and division:

Here’s a suggestion for Jack Dorsey, the CEO of Twitter: Ban Mike Huckabee from your platform. He’s a hateful, divisive fake Christian who spews lies and vitriol. The world has enough of that dreck already.
