Georgia Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker says that former President Donald Trump never said he thought the 2020 election had been stolen, despite the fact that Trump has said so repeatedly ever since it became clear that Joe Biden won decisively.
A video shared by The Republican Accountability Project on Twitter shows a reporter asking Walker about Trump’s false claims, to which he responds:
“I think you — I think reporters said that. I don’t know whether President Trump ever said that because he never said that to me.”
The reporter counters:
“He says it over and over.”
Walker:
“No, no, no, no. I’ve never heard President Trump ever say that.”

Walker’s comments drew a sharp rebuke for him on social media:
Let’s see, “big lie” ain’t working…reverse by lying some more

This is political double speak. He says TFG never SAID IT TO HIM. Which did not answer the question asked. I’m sure TFG has not said a lot of things directly to Walker, but still said them, e.g. I’m guessing he never said “grab ’em by the pu**y” to Walker, but he said it.

Not making a joke, he has CTE. Go listen to him speak 25 years ago compared to now.

Here’s where these folks should have a couple of clips ready to roll of TFG saying just that and asking the question again.
