Missouri GOP Senate candidate Eric Greitens has a new ad for his campaign in which he offers to sell “RINO Hunting Permits” to those who contribute to his campaign.

According to Mediaite, the ad suggests that anyone who isn’t a loyal Republican needs to be shot:

In the just over 30 second ad, Greitens introduces himself as a “Navy SEAL” (he doesn’t, for some reason, mention the less than 18 months he spent as governor) as he holds a long shotgun, announcing “Today, we’re going RINO hunting!”

The RINO “feeds on corruption and is marked by the stripes of cowardice,” says Greitens as his combat team breaks down the door of the home, toss a flash bang grenade inside, and rush in.

“Join the MAGA Crew, get a RINO hunting permit,” announces Greitens inside the smoke-filled front room. “There’s no bagging limit, no tagging limit, and it doesn’t expire until we save our country.”

Greitens, you may recall, has also been accused of physically abusing his ex-wife and children. According to his former wife:

The accusations are included in a sworn affidavit filed by former Missouri First Lady Sheena Greitens as part of an ongoing child custody dispute. She sought a divorce from Eric Greitens in 2020 and is asking a court to move the child custody case to Austin, Texas, where she is currently a professor at the University of Texas. The affidavitwas first reportedMonday by The Associated Press.

Eric Greitens’ “unstable and coercive” behavior included physical violence to their children, “such as cuffing our then three-year-old son across the face at the dinner table in front of me and yanking him around by his hair,” the affidavit states.

Reaction to the new ad from Greitens was immediate and justifiably harsh:
